The platform leverages customer-initiated service contacts and supplements existing distribution channels such as direct mail and telemarketing.  

 

The CSC Solutions platform encompasses all components required for successful cross-sell including robust analytics and customer segmentation, personalized “one to one” sales messaging, detailed fulfillment processes and deep tracking, reporting and measurement tools. 

 

Assurant, a leading distributor of insurance and member based products and services to the mortgage and banking markets, adds customer service marketing as an innovative distribution channel. XSell will match customer attributes with Assurant product attributes and determine the right offer to make to each customer, the right time to make that offer and the most effective channel to deliver the offer. Once a customer indicates interest, the platform will seamlessly link the customer and transaction information to Assurant for fulfillment.
