XSell's platform delivers Interactive Alerts to a Call Center Representative's desktop when a offer is available. The XSell Alert appears instantaneously when a customer contact occurs and can be embedded within your current system or can "hover" over your CSR's screen. The XSell Alert can include profile information (Platinum Customer) and a summary of the offer (Credit Card). By selecting Begin Presentation the CSR is presented with an interactive XSell Sales Guide that directs them through the offer, contains embedded customer information and conditional Cue Cards that directly target specific customer purchase drivers.
