CSM Process Consultant:


The CSM Process Consultant is responsible for the customer process reengineering associated with a Customer Service Marketing (CSM) implementation. The CSM Process Consultant is responsible for documenting the customers existing workflow and developing a desired future state workflow to increase leads and sales, increase productivity and optimize performance and deployment of the XSell Platform. In establishing the new workflow the CSM Process Consultant will effectively initiate a change management program for the customer to allow them to successfully deploy a new CSM channel or optimize existing channels.

 

Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the business redesign process for CSM customers.
  • Prepares detailed analysis of present workflow and quantifies areas that need improvement.
  • Develops and presents summaries of system opportunities to be addressed by XSell solutions.
  • Effectively leads the customer management, marketing and service teams through the CSM design process.
  • Participates in business development activities and sales follow up activities.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in developing/implementation customer change management programs.
  • Documents and assists in the development of CSM implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Facilitates customer relations and builds relationships with senior level customer executives.
Estimated Travel: 50%

 

Qualified candidates will posses the following:

  • 6+ years in consulting, project management and 3+ years managerial experience with marketing, sales and customer segmentation platforms.
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience in consulting. Masters degree preferred.
  • Excellent written/oral communications skills, presentation skills and good technical and process documentation skills.

SALES

 

Sales Representative

 

The Sales Representative reports to the EVP of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for selling XSell solutions. The position requires excellent opportunity development, account management and communication skills.
The sales representative will be required to have an understanding of how XSell solutions can help address client’s business issues and be able to communicate these solutions to the client in a compelling way. The sales representative will sell XSell’s end to end solution. The sales representative must be able to manage multiple opportunities and client projects simultaneously, be willing to work flexible hours and travel as necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed gross margin targets on a quarter by quarter basis.
  • Follow up, develop and report on all assigned leads.
  • Maintain and utilize XSell’s prospect management system to manage all client and prospect relationships and sales process.
  • Maintain and provide to management reports as required by management.
  • Travel to clients as necessary.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive, ongoing communication with all customers.
  • Team as necessary with other sales representatives.
  • Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Qualifications:

  • The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successfully selling technology-based business solutions to large organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Successful experience in cold calling and opportunity development is a must.
  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written are critical.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and managing to multiple demands is required.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in solution selling.
  • This position requires someone who can take the initiative to make things better as well as someone who holds themselves accountable.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

 

Senior Program Manager:


This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of marketing programs from development and implementation through production stages of the XSell customer service marketing program. This position is also responsible to ensure that predefined measurements for financial results as well as KPIs and related benchmarks are in place prior to implementation and effectively executed throughout implementation and post mortem of a given program. This position is also the primary go-to for on-time, on-budget and to-date performance status of a program and is expected to have the latest information available on an as needed basis. This position is also responsible for constructing and leading implementation team discussions.

 

Basic Functions of the Position - Demonstrates competency in campaign development, communications and market research principles. Has advanced understanding of project management and possesses basic–novice skills levels in all other areas of Marketing Competency including price management, value propositions, brand management, customer targeting and segmentation, codes and standards and product technical knowledge. - Leads program implementation through utilization of the Marketing Plan Management process and tool - Interfaces effectively on a regular basis with other members of the Marketing Team, including Market Segment, channel and product marketing teams to drive marketing programs. - Interacts in a team environment with members of the project development organization to define the deliverables, timeline, budgets and expected outcomes of a marketing program. - Is primarily responsible for market or customer segment focused program implementation but also supports product and channel lead marketing initiatives - Interfaces effectively with customers and members of the field and channel organizations in support of marketing programs. - Uses effectively both internal and external resources to achieve the goals of the marketing plan. - Effectively identifies the need for, garners participation by and leads cross-functional resources (training (OD), channel mgmt, legal etc) as required to make the marketing program a success. - Implements the promotional tactics outlined in the campaign/promotional from the creative development/marketing communication team - Reports to Marketing Program Manager.

 

Supervision Exercised Project delegation and work planning with internal and external resources/vendors, manages project implementation by resources/vendors and creates work plans related to specific project. Also responsible for managing project timelines/deliverables of projects and communicating those to marketing and general management teams.

 

Additional Requirements of the Position

  • Has knowledge of Project Management systems and discipline
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts
  • Competent in MS Office
  • BA/BS degree required 3- 5 years experience, marketing
