XSell was founded in 2004 with the sole focus of enabling a new, more effective sales channel: Customer Service Marketing. The XSell Customer Service Marketing Network, applicable to a wide variety of industries and organizations, was designed to leverage customer-initiated interactions and transform these into sales opportunities. Our patent-pending solution has been designed for a host of financial services companies, utilities and others to drive superior results from cross-sell activity.
Management Team
Rob Lee
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to launching XSell, Rob spent 11 years at ALLTEL Information Services serving most recently as EVP of product strategy and software development, leading over 1,200 technology professionals. Rob had responsibility for all retail, consumer and mortgage banking products delivered to the top 100 banks at ALLTEL during a time when they built their market share to over 50%. Rob was also responsible for the business process reengineering division, Benchmark Consulting International.
Steve Phillips
Executive Vice President
Steve has extensive experience building businesses focused on selling value added products and services to consumers. Phillips managed the growth of Countrywide Insurance Services into a nationally recognized provider of insurance services to consumers. Steve also created the DirectNet Insurance Agency to deliver products to Financial Institutions customers.
Nick Woodcock
Chief Operating Officer
Nick is responsible for expanding XSell's operations, supporting the company's rapid growth, and guiding business development efforts. He has more than 25 years of general management and sales leadership experience with companies like IBM, Washington Mutual and Zenta. Nick's career has spanned technology management, business process outsourcing and a variety of executive roles at ALLTEL Information Services where he ran sales and marketing for ALLTEL's mortgage business and built and ran a joint venture company that provided business and technology outsourcing services to the European financial services market.
Jim Milligan
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Milligan joined XSell as Chief Financial Officer in July, 2008. Prior to joining XSell, Jim served as the Vice Chairman of Fidelity National Information Services, as well as President of its predecessor organizations, ALLTEL Information Services and Computer Power, inc. Prior to joining Computer Power, Inc. in 1987, Jim was a Partner in the firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Jim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Florida State University.
MJ Uhlik
Senior Vice President of Implementation Management
MJ manages implementation services at XSell and brings broad experience in the deployment of technology focused solutions through senior positions at Andersen consulting, Sears Financial, PNC Bank and was most recently responsible for deployment of origination solutions at ALLTEL Information Services.
Tony Cherry
Senior Vice President - Technology Delivery
Tony heads technology development and delivery for XSell. Prior to joining the organization, Tony built a track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level technology solutions to the Financial Services industry. He managed the development and delivery of several products across the Mortgage Lending lifecycle in 12 years at Fidelity Information Services. Over the last two years, he led the architecting, developing, and delivery of an organization-wide, modernized data environment for Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation, the mortgage lending division of Merrill Lynch.
